Welcome to our new online presence.  Please bare with us as we migrate from our old system and update with new details.

The Kamloops Volleyball Association (KVA) comprises of a youth program (KVA PACK) and Adult program.  KVA PACK is committed to providing a sport environment that is athlete-centred and which is characterized by open, clear communication and honesty, fairness and mutual respect. Being a member of the KVA has many benefits and privileges. At the same time, athletes, coaches and parents are expected to fulfil certain responsibilities and obligations including complying with KVA's and Volleyball BC’s policies, rules and regulations. These rules and regulations were developed to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

The functions of the KVA include:

1. Providing an opportunity for players and coaches who enjoy volleyball to participate in a quality male or female program beyond the traditional school season.

2. Assisting players to reach their goals and to bring players who are pursing an elite level an opportunity to achieve their goals.

    Volleyball Shoe Bank

Volleyball Shoe Bank (VSB)  is an initiative by a current KVA Pack athlete and it's purpose is to collect and re-distribute athletic volleyball shoes by matching gently-used or outgrown court shoes with feet that need them.

Please consider donating.  A drop-box will be available at Try-outs on Nov 28 and Dec 5.

    WHAT to Donate:

    • Gently-used / outgrown court shoes that are still suitable for wear
    • Use an elastic or tie the shoelaces to keep the shoes together.

    About the athlete, Ella.

I am a grade 12 student at SKSS, and am a competitive volleyball player who plays at the Team BC level. Having been supported in my volleyball journey by the Kamloops Volleyball Association, it is important for me to be able to give back to our town’s athletic programs.  Especially in a smaller town, finding a way to pursue my passion with limited resources has had its challenges, including how to access gear more affordably. I wanted to offer support to young athletes in my community; so, I founded the Volleyball Shoe Bank (VSB).
